We work in cooperation with other online agencies such as Expedia to provide you with the best of services.
2. How do I book?
To proceed with the booking simply search for the best deals in a locality on our website by clicking the Red Search button. Proceed with the booking of your favorite choice of flights. We do not process payment for hotels. Once we receive the request for flights, we will do the service and you will receive the confirmation E-mail from us. 3. What do I do if my booking is not complete?
Please contact us using Name, address, telephone number and ticket purchase details. We will get in touch with you at the earliest.
4. What if I don’t hear from you after the booking has been made?
We respond to all booking requests with couple of hours within 1 business day. If you don’t hear from us, please check the junk folder. If you still don’t hear from us, you can mail us at [email protected].
5. Will oonek.com store my payment information?
We do not store any customers’ payment information. When you pay by credit card, information will be directly transacted in a secured fashion to our gateway providers. We value the payments security of our customers.
6. Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards – Master, Visa and Amex. All payments are 3D- Secure.
7. Is the quote per individual or for a group?
The quote that you will receive will have the total number of people travelling in a group.
8. If a visa is required, do I need to send us your actual passport?
We process only electronic visa applications. We do guide our customers for offline visa applications.
9. Why can't the picture in my passport be used for the visa application?
The photographs used on the passport and for visa application cannot be the same. You need different photographs and they must be taken within 3 months of travel. Digital photos are not accepted. Photos must be affixed to the visa application.
10. Can I send a new document after I submit my online visa application?
You can only send new documents if we ask for them. You can add more details under the “Add letter of explanation” when you upload the documents at the time of application. If we need more documents, we will get in touch with you.
11. Why am I charged oonek service fee?
For our services, we do charge an oonek service fee and it depends on the service provided. This is on to top of application fee or booking fee.
12. How do I make changes to the flight bookings?
You can make date and time changes to your flight bookings made at oonek.com. Once the online system verifies your ticket that your booking eligible for date and time changes through online, a “Change Booking” button will be displayed under your flight booking details.
13. Do I have to carry the same credit card that I used for booking, while I travel?
You need to bring the same credit card while you travel. The card is required to do Physical check-in and the cardholder must be physically present.
14. Can I avail the offers or use coupon codes for flight booking?
